Tariq S P | | I run a Property Portal – ‘The India Properties.com (www.theindiaproperties.com). We get a number of enquiries for properties in Pune.
I am looking out to partner with one really honest & trustworthy person who would be our - The India Properties.com’s city representative. You could have your own office set up or could even be a complete fresher in this line of business.
We would mention you on the website as our Branch Manager and we work on a 50-50 of the commission / brokerage we earn on every property, be it residential/commercial sale/rental.

As from my side, i am a builder in pune and also in to consulting in real estate. as per requirements, few properties are available in pune which are ready to use for office and very much in heart of the city. also, since we are into construction and real - estate from last 2 decades we have very good reputation and contacts in real estate.
